Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our families. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I post about my everyday life and share my good and bad days. My parents took me to America in 1990, when I was a mere one and a half years older. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today had my parents not worked hard and make sacrifices. In order to give them a chance at a more prospering future, I focused on achieving my goals and worked hard to achieve it. I was set with a goal for my life: the college of my choice, then get a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have children. I believed that this was the definition of success. However, however, life was not so sure to demonstrate what success meant. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was one I had dreaded. Status and money didn't make me happy. It was like I was just wasting my day to pay a salary. It was in 2013 that I realized my love was exercise. Additionally, I enjoyed getting involved in social activities and giving the back to those around me. It led me on an entirely new direction and into the world of personal trainers. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth next year, 2021. Few Asian women have a job in this industry. As a coach, my goal is to inspire others and help them lead a a healthy and happy life through sustainable living that meet the needs of each person's requirements and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their goals and achieve all they wish to in life. My mother's tragic death, which occurred as my career was taking off and I suffered one of the worst losses in my entire life. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart always. Lessons from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove extremely valuable. My Mom's passing changed me in a variety of ways. I truly believe that she gave me a new chance to experience life thanks to her death. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She was able to start a new chapter in her life, and I got another chance to live a happy, fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense that I am alive and living. I don't feel like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. My experiences are available to you in order that I can share with the world my personal experiences and thoughts. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of any thing if you put your heart into it. Therapy is normal and necessary. It is health that's the biggest riches. I wish you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets since it is death that is all that we are promised during our lifetime.
